It would be good if the herobrine wanders around player to player and not 1000 of blocks by. so you can almost always see him far in the forest and sometimes very close were he will attack or scare you

Herobrine either get stuck at 0 -100 0 or 0 ~ 0
Herobrine will often be under ground or half body under and over ground when forced with command /attach or /haunt <player>
