You can uninstall the Herobrine plugin from your server by deleting the Herobrine jar file from your "plugins" directory. I would recommend keeping the "Herobrine" directory within the "plugins" directory in place in case you decide that you want reinstall the plugin later, as that folder contains your plugin configuration settings, however, if you do not want to retain that data, you may delete that folder as well.
